Competitions and promotions
CAIMARI COMMUNICATIONS SL has the right to organise competitions and promotions, in which the website users can take part. The terms and conditions will be published on the Social Network, whenever necessary, always in compliance with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable legislation.
The Social Network will not, in any way, act as a sponsor, guarantor or administrator of any of our promotions, and it will not be associated with any of them.
Advertising
CAIMARI COMMUNICATIONS SL will make use of the Social Network to advertise its products and services. Nevertheless, in the case of using your contact details for commercial purposes, it will always be in compliance with the legal requirements provided in the LOPD and the LSSI-CE.
It will also have the right to recommend the CAIMARI COMMUNICATIONS SL website to other users so that they are able to enjoy the promotions and/or to be informed of its activity.
